A number of free programs for students, parents and educators will run in conjunction with Agile Australia 2018.

Activate Agile – For young techies

Monday 18 June | Crown Palladium, Melbourne | 1:00 – 5:00pm

FREE event for students, parents and educators.

Activate Agile gives high school and university students the chance to learn directly from the professionals about what it’s like to work in an Agile workplace. Local and international leaders will share their first-hand experiences with Agile, equipping students with the practical workplace skills that aren’t covered in textbooks.

Ben Crothers Program – For aspiring designers

Monday June 18 and Tuesday June 19 |Crown Palladium, Melbourne 

FREE for all participating students.

This year, Agile Australia is partnering with Atlassian’s Design Strategist Ben Crothers for a student design program. A number of sessions will run throughout the conference.

Students will receive invaluable design work experience and training directly from Ben, who will discuss how sketching ideas and concepts can solve problems in the workplace. Attendees will then have the opportunity to apply their new skills by participating in an interactive sketchnoting program in front of an audience of over 1200 delegates at the national landmark AgileAus18 Conference.

Volunteer at AgileAus18

We’re looking for volunteers to help 2018’s Agile Australia Conference run smoothly!

High school and university students who want to immerse themselves in the Agile community are encouraged to apply. Volunteer positions are also open to interested members of the public.

Volunteers receive complimentary entry to AgileAus18.
Volunteering at AgileAus18 provides an invaluable opportunity for career-oriented students to rub shoulders with gaming revolutionaries, product developers, Agile pioneers, thought leaders and more.
